July 2, 2018 O’Neal Opens Registration for Year-Round Swim Club Southern Pines – The O’Neal School is pleased to announce that registration is now open for its new USA Swimming year-round swim club – The O’Neal Pelagics. Open to all youth in the community, there are three levels of year-round competitive swimming offered.
