(When I hit the submit button it said I had to be registered/logged in to post) Very sad, anyway to fix that? Thanks! Julia

I had the same thing happen to me a few days ago and yes, I was not a happy camper . Since I am not the techie behind SandhillsKids, that would be Monica, I will ask her to look into it.

It maybe a setting that we can fix within our site. But if it is a Web Browser issue than we will have no control over it. So, in the mean time, if you are going to write a long post do it in MS Word or Notepad and then paste it into the comment section. I usually do that when I'm writing a blog.

Thanks for letting us know about the time out issue!

Or is there one I missed? Always a big need for parents, and I was looking for new care for my boys and a in home provider for our new baby and was hoping to find some local resources of information here, but no luck except for the partial list of local centers that I found. Maybe a discussion area about our experiences with local centers, etc, or at least a posting board for those looking for and those with openings/available babysitters? I have been just full of questions lately, sorry, just love the idea of this site and what it offers us local parents! Thanks again for all your work, Julia

I agree about the Childcare Questions. Believe it or not, I answer dozen of questions each month that are sent directly through our contact form and most concern schools or childcare. I didn't realize that I didn't have a forum for childcare but will add it ASAP.

Also, we are going to be joining forces with www.SandhillsMommies.com which is an online forum for area moms. That is another forum to check out for childcare referrals.

But either way, I will put it on my ever growing "To Do" list! And make sure that it shows up on SandhillsKids.com

BTW, we always enjoy feedback - so don't worry about asking too many questions!
