Great dinner deals - 2007/11/09 13:12 It can be really expensive to take your family out ot dinner. I have found a few really great deals offered locally throughout the week. On Monday's Moes offers a free kids meal with every $5 food purchase, on Tuesday's Pizza Hut and ChickFilla offer a similar deal. You can also go to Coldstone Creamery on Tuesdays to get a free kids ice cream with adult purchase on Tuesdays. If anyone knows of more restaurants participating in similar promotions, I would love to hear about it. We have three boys and it can be quite expensive to go out to eat!!

Re:Great dinner deals - 2007/11/10 22:48 Thanks for the tips! I believe Coldstone also does a bogo kids ice cream on Mondays as well. Ragazzi's Italian Restaurant also does "kids eat free" on Mondays, Tuesdays and Sunday afternoons. Their lunch menu is priced well so Sunday is an affordable meal.

And Lonestar also offers 2 free kids entrees per adult entree on Tuesdays. This is a great deal for me during my husband's deployments and, of course, we are big fans of Moe's on Mondays.

Re:Great dinner deals - 2008/05/24 10:37 Winston's Scoop & Deli in Carthage (next to Food Lion) also offers some great deals. These deals are any day of he week! With any Kid's Meal kids can get Ice Cream for $1 or order catering tray from them and get Edible Image Picture for any ice cream cake for Free.

Am told they are also former Carvel owners so on Wed. they do a "Wed. is Sundae" deal. Buy any sundae and get one free. Soft serve only, but it's amazing! All their ice cream is homemade.

They also carry Boar's Head meats and make some of the best sandwiches I have ever tried. They also make 5 foot long party hero's that I haven't seen since NY and sell by the pound too.

They are worth the trip, and their prices are much lower that anybody who makes their own ice cream in Moore County.
