About Sandhills Sports Center Sandhills Sports Center (SSC) is conveniently located right in the heart of the Sandhills, off Hwy 211 in Aberdeen. The facility sits on a 10 acre lot which houses our 32,000 square foot indoor/outdoor sports facility. Sandhills Sports Center is the first facility of its kind in the area. This facility and its exciting programs are targeted for toddlers to teenagers, college through active adults. Sandhills Sports Center’s clientele are sports oriented health conscious and fitness-minded people. We're the perfect place for your family to enjoy being active and having fun! Our ProgramsOur experienced staff has developed a wide selection of programs for children of all ages. We believe that youth sports should be fun as well as challenging. Our programs are designed to build each youth's confidence, skills and a love of sportsmanship. Our FacilitiesWith over 32,000 sq ft of indoor climate controlled training facilities, the Sandhills Sports Center has something for everyone! Baseball- 14,000 sq ft of indoor turf with 35 ft ceilings allowing players to field groundballs and flyballs. Indoor batting cages and pitching mounds. Field, cages and mounds are available for team or individual rent Sandhills Futbol Club - Skill development will include foot skills, offensive and defensive techniques, speed and agility and conditioning. Bouncy Gym - Consisting of two large indoor inflatable bouncy gyms - an obstacle course with slide and enclosed bouncing area with slide. Fun for all ages. Available for birthday parties. Fun Zone - Wide selection of Arcade games including a few blasts from the past! Fitness Center - Extensive weight room and cardio studio to fit the needs of any athlete. Soccer Field - Indoor Soccer field for both youth and adult leagues. Academics - Home School PE Classes, SAT Prep Classes and onsite Tutoring. Rock Climbing - Multiple rock climbing surfaces designed to challenge climbers of all skill levels. Laser Tag - High-tech, action packed, 3,200 sq. ft. laser tag room. Our New York Subway theme includes ramps, mazes, laser beams, fog, and music to make an exciting experience.
