Who Am I?

Moving is exciting, stressful and sometimes almost overwhelming, isn’t it?  I remember being excited about the new location but leaving the comforts of “home” and jumping into the unknown had its challenges.  Truthfully, that was one of my reasons for becoming a Realtor.  As an Army Wife for over 23 years, I move 17 times, lived in Germany and in Panama as well as in various places in the US.  I dealt with the complexities of international moves as well as stateside moves. I understand the moving family's needs whether military or civilian.  

Whatever your questions, I'll help find the answer. My goal is to help the move go smoothly!  As the mother of 3 daughters, all graduates of Moore County Schools, and the 3 grandchildren currently attending local schools, I can give valid information regarding our schools systems, the cost of living, sports programs, the Arts or even the price of diapers for a family with twins.  I’ll go the extra mile to get the information you need. I also provide information to the "trailing spouse" regarding the local job market, when needed.

My Experience 

I have been a full time real estate professional in Moore County since 1985. I am a Past President of the Pinehurst/Southern Pines Area Association of Realtors, and was Realtor of the Year in 2003.  I serve on the current MLS Board.  As an avid reader of professional journals, I understand national and local trends in the real estate market and how that impacts on your real estate investments.  Throughout the years, I have had many, many repeat clients and referrals of their friends.  I appreciate their trust and will work hard to earn your trust. 

Community Ties 

I am a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Pinehurst Country Club, and am involved with the Pinehurst Area Visitors and Convention Bureau,  Moore County Schools, and Arts Council of Moore County.  I am the immediate past Chairman of the Board for the Moore County Chapter of the American Red Cross.  Because of activities such as these, I am prepared to give newcomers to the area a well-rounded picture of Moore County and life here in the Sandhills.
