Our Mission

The Autism Society of North Carolina including the Moore County Chapter is committed to providing support and promoting opportunities which enhance the lives of individuals within the autism spectrum and their families.

Our Vision

The Autism Society of North Carolina strives to create a community where people within the autism spectrum and their families receive respect, services, and supports based on individual differences, needs, and preferences.

The Moore County Chapter hopes to create a strong local group to make our voices heard, create a central place to find resources for parents who have both just received a diagnosis as well as parents who have lived with autism and ultimately build a school dedicated to meeting the needs of the children.

We have monthly meetings on the 2nd Thursday of the month and everyone is welcome. They are held at 7pm at the Sandhills Children’s Center. Please contact above for respite services during the meeting.
