    Mothers of Moore - Mothers of Moore (MOM) is a group for women, who both stay at home or work, with children 5 years old or younger, as well as expectant mothers.  MOM provides a relaxed, enjoyable opportunity for mothers to find friendship, support and encouragement. MOM has many activities for moms and children including play groups, family outings and mom only montly meetings. 

    Mothers of Preschoolers - Sandhills Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) is a charter of MOPS International, which exists to meet the needs of every mom in the North Carolina Sandhills area - moms with different lifestyles who all share a similar desire to be the very best moms they can be! MOPS is the place to meet new friends and develop deep, meaningful relationships while learning about something interesting and discussing real life needs and issues with others who understand.  All this while your children are being lovingly cared for in our parallel program, MOPPETS. MOPS meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month (Sept. through May) from 9:15 to 11:15 at Christ Community Church.

    La Leche League - Whether you breastfeed your baby six days, six weeks or six months, you'll find La Leche League meeting supportive and informative. LLL of Star meets the fourth Thursday of the month at 10:30 a.m. Mothers with their nursing babies and mothers-to-be are welcome.     Mothers of Twins Club - The Mothers of Twins Club meets  every second and fourth Wednesdays at 3 p.m. at Pinebluff Methodist Church. Info: 281-4444 or by e-mail unctwinmom@yahoo. com
