Dr. Cangas is a husband and a father, is certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and is a member of the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the North Carolina Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He has lectured in Europe, Asia, and Central America and formerly served as an assistant professor at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, Army Postgraduate Dental School.
