About Fellowship Preschool

The school was formed in 1971, Fellowship Preschool a non-profit, non-discriminatory organization. Fellowship is located in the lower level of the Community Congregational Church.

The goal of Fellowship Preschool is to nurture each child as a unique individual, and to provide the child with the opportunity to explore, expand, and exist as freely as possible in a stimulating, loosely structured environment. A secure emotional atmosphere allows the child to develop a strong self image.

Play is the core of the Fellowship curriculum, because play is the medium through which young children learn. By the choice and the arrangement of play materials, the child is encouraged toward increasingly self-directed activities. We work on numbers, shapes, colors, names, the alphabet, writing skills, and other academic curricula during the year. The children have the opportunity during the day to make crafts, have story time, music time, and play ground time.

School hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 11:30.
